This listing is for custom engraved rubber only! NO WOOD BLOCK IS INCLUDED. No adhesive backer is on my pottery stamps. Just the engraved rubber. This comes with whatever size you choose with your logo engraved on 1/8" rubber.

Not all logos work for a stamp so if it has multiple colors please send it to me first. If you place your order without getting your logo approved and your stamp has very thin details/thin parts to the font, you take responsibility. I will make it with the understanding you are confident it will stamp well and you have read all of the following...

IF you are confident your logo or design will make a good stamp (bold and black and white very no thin lines or details), proceed to STEP 1.

IF you are unsure about your logo or it has very thin lines/small fonts and/or multiple shades of colors that overlap, these usually DO NOT work so PLEASE send me your logo first so I can let you know! Images that are multi colored usually do NOT work! Not all images or logos can be made into a stamp. If your logo has very thin details or small font it most likely won't work.

These are super popular with small businesses for product labeling for bags/boxes etc. Many people ask me what size I like and I seem to prefer a 3" - 4" size honestly, they fit most standard ink pads and they are easy to hold in your hand and they fit most packaging.

HOW TO ORDER:

When ordering, please enter the name of your logo or describe it as best as possible in the PERSONALIZATION box. (This is so I have all information with your order.) Don't refer to our messages and or a website link to your logo. Name it! No need to resend me your logo after purchase. If we have already talked and I approved your logo, all you need to do is order.

/// STEP 3. SEND ME YOUR LOGO or DESIGN (I do not design logos, sorry.) If you have already sent me your design and I have approved it, there is no need to resend. I cannot add to or edit any logo. You must send completed design.

Click the CONTACT button on my main Etsy shop page. There will be a button that looks like a camera to attach a file/image to send to me. Attach your logo and include any additional information. Most file types work just fine as long as they aren't thumbnail size. The larger the size the better. Typically JPG, PNG and PDF work best. I prefer PDF if possible. If the file is too large then Etsy won't allow an upload, downsize your file so that it will upload. No need to resend logo after purchase.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

(most stamps take between 2-4 days to create and they ship First-Class so they take 4-7 days.) No cancellations! It's very possible I will start your stamp within an hour of ordering. I work as fast as possible! But at the same time, I’m unable to rush any order. I'm also unable to guarantee any shipping date as once I drop it off at the USPS, it's out of my hands. Etsy will give you an estimated date when it should arrive but again, it is no guarantee. Please keep this in mind. Also, double check your address. I can't tell you how many people don't update their address when checking out. Please be sure to enter it correctly! Thanks!

/// INK INFORMATION and Using your Stamp

These do NOT come with ink! You can find large ink pads from many online retailers that work well with my stamps (search for EXTRA LARGE INK PADS FOR RUBBER STAMPS). They come in a variety of colors and sizes. Please be aware that the extra large ink pads really jump up in price. If you are stamping fabric please search for Fabric ink or Block printing ink. For the extra large stamps some people prefer to buy the ink in bulk and get a 4” rubber roller to apply it. Search for (ink refill for rubber stamps) and (4” rubber roller for ink). I don't have a specific brand I would recommend as all that I have used pretty much work the same. I would recommend searching and shopping locally if possible. For most shipping boxes and bags using PERMANENT INK is recommended. Again, I don't have a brand I recommend. Please keep in mind if you are stamping corrugated cardboard that is semi rough then you will see the lines of the cardboard through the stamp.

Please be aware that larger stamps with a lot of empty space in the middle tend to smudge when over-pressed on an ink pad. Stamping certain style of logos take some practice to make a perfect stamp. I don't recommend stamping larger stamps on anything but paper on a very flat surface. You'll find that stamps closer to the 4" range perform the easiest and best.

After a few uses it's wise to clean your stamp with a wet paper towel. I honestly clean my stamp once a month. Every now and then there will be a smudge that shows through the ink. I will wipe it clean with a wet paper towel and then take some rubbing alcohol to clean any residue. This will make your stamp like new again.

For my own personal reasons I do not make any political or religious stamps (on either side of the aisle.) Super sorry for any inconvenience!
