Each filled in dot represents a week you have lived and the empty ones represent the weeks you have left to live.
Choose maple, cherry, or walnut.
Standard: 8.5” x 11” x 1”.
Large: 12" x 15" x 1".
Extra Large: 13” x 19” x 1”.
You can choose no finish or satin finish.
No finish is just the raw wood which some people prefer, the satin finish will darken the wood and give it a professional elegant look. Your choice!
Comes with a hanger attached on the back for easy hanging. Please let me know if you don't want the hanger.
I can change the quote at the bottom and use different font if you prefer. Let me know the age and I can pre-fill in the holes for the persons age. I will only send a proof if requested in the personalization box when checking out. Some people ask to extend the dots to 90 or even 100. Totally fine! Just ask.
Each one comes standard with the Memento Mori at top and the skulls down the side with the Marcus Aurelius quote at the bottom and empty dots to 80 years. It will also include the vertical text "Every filled in dot represents a week of your life."
If you don't specify any specific requests, this is what you will receive.
As the weeks go by, you can fill in the dots yourself. Some people just use the tip of a black sharpie to dot in the weeks. Other people have actually gotten a small electric wood burning tool to better match the engraved look of the holes. Either way works!
